Background
Euodia is a luxury fragrance brand offering premium diffusers, perfumes, and candles. Their legacy e-commerce platform had become slow, inflexible, and difficult to maintain without technical support. To support growth and internal scalability, they needed a modern, low-maintenance solution that could handle operations without a dedicated development team.
Solution
Following an analysis of their needs, we suggested and led a migration from their legacy platform to Shopify.
Platform Migration
We migrated their store data from their legacy platform to Shopify with a custom python data pipeline. We combined data from multiple sources and transformed them into a Shopify-compatible format to be directly uploaded to Shopify to enable a seamless transition.
Custom Storefront
In collaboration with a professional UI/UX agency, we translated static UI designs into a fully responsive, custom Shopify storefront. Using Liquid, HTML, and CSS, the design was implemented into an intuitive frontend that ensures consistency across mobile and desktop to reduce friction from browsing to checkout.
Outcome
The migration modernized Euodia’s digital operations, enabling non-technical team members to manage the platform independently. The Shopify stack now supports faster updates, better performance, and integration with growth tools, without the overhead of backend maintenance.
